​Arrival & Departure

Arrival is between 3pm and 8pm. Please get in touch if you expect to arrive later.

Departure is by 10:30am. A later check-out (midday) may be available as an optional extra.

Quiet Time

Quiet time is between 9:30pm and 8am. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum and be

mindful of other guests.

Booking Terms

Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received via our online system.

​​

Cancellations

Bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always try to re-let your dates and, if successful, will refund you (minus any booking fees).

Bookings cannot be refunded due to weather conditions, late arrival, or early departure.

Dogs

We do not accept dogs.

​

Visitors

Visitors are by prior arrangement only and may be subject to a small additional charge.

Vehicles

  • One vehicle is permitted per booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Vehicles should be parked in the designated area, except when loading and unloading.

  • One car may be parked next to caravans.

  • Commercial or sign-written vehicles are not permitted.

Site Guidelines

We keep things simple, but ask that guests respect the space and those around them.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Please do not feed or approach farm animals in neighbouring fields, or open any field gates.

  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside pods or shared spaces.

  • Please follow any guidance on where to pitch or park.

Fires & Safety

  • Barbecues are permitted if raised off the ground and attended at all times.

  • In dry or extreme weather, we may restrict the use of barbecues or firepits for safety reasons.

  • Please bring a torch, as parts of the site are unlit.

  • For safety reasons, kites and firearms are not permitted on site.

Bookings & Groups

  • At least one member of each booking must be 18 or over.

  • Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • We do not accept group bookings, hen or stag parties.

  • Bookings are for a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.

  • Bookings are non-transferable.

Respect for the Site

We ask that guests take reasonable care of the site and facilities. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or excessive cleaning if required.

We also reserve the right to refuse bookings or ask guests to leave if behaviour is disruptive or does not align with these terms.
